Why is the Exide Orbital Battery different from conventional batteries? The Orbital is a conventional lead-acid battery that uses an AGL (lead paste absorbed into fiberglass matting) design that eliminates the problems of vibration and shock that would break down a ordinary lead acid battery. The tightly wound grids resist vibration which in turn stops plate shedding. What kind of water should I use when filling a battery? Always use distilled water, never use tap water due to the contaminants in the water. Can I buy a battery with more Mah for my Cordless Drill without hurting it? Yes absolutly, manufacturers often offer multiple batteries for your Cordless tool.Different batteries for the same Cordless tool would be for example a 1500 milliampere-hour (mah), 2000 mah, and a 2500 mah.
